Effective Date: January 1, 2026
2-Year Warranty
All Silvara-branded products are covered for two years from the date of receipt.
Free of Charge
Warranty services for covered defects are provided completely free of charge.
Authorized Only
Warranty applies to Silvara-branded products purchased from an authorized Silvara retailer only.
1. General Warranty
Silvara warrants that Silvara-branded products purchased from an authorized Silvara retailer are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided that the products have been used normally and in accordance with the applicable care instructions.
Warranty services are provided free of charge for defects covered under the warranty. Delivery, transportation, or other related charges may not be covered unless otherwise confirmed by Silvara.
2. Warranty Period
2 Years
The warranty period is two years from the date the product is received.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage to Silvara-branded products caused by:
- Accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Modification or attempted repair.
- Negligence after purchase.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Failure to follow the product's care advice.
